Hey Guys!
We’re mixing it up with today’s Fashion Bomber, Mark from DC:

He says, “My style is a mix of casual and street, I would say my favorite items are sweaters and tennis shoes.”

” I probably spend the most money on my denim and my tennis shoes.”

“… A nice chain and a fitted hat are my favorite accessories.”

Ok!

Fashion Bomber of the Day is a feature that showcases the singular style of male Fashion Bomb Readers. Send your name, location, a description of your style, and your picture(s) to th************@gm***.com.

  1. I think he looks SEXY he’s a man and he looks like one that exactly how a MAN should dress you can tell he’s stylish but not over the top. But I guess that means you whack because he doesn’t carry a purse and were high heels and woman clothing, ohhhhhhh okay your Whack because you don’t look like Lawrence from the HW of Atlanta!

  2. *Sigh* I prefer women features. I can pull inspiration from those. I like his denim shirt in the last picture. That is all I could really muster.

  3. Mark def has a sense of style. He rocked that denim shirt.. I like how he is still masculine with it all. Too many queeny guys w/ style.. Mark is slightly metro
w/ the glasses but overall I like:) These other responses are all wrong. Do ya thang Mark! Ps. I concur w/ the above comment. #teamDC

  4. not my cup of tea. and i personally don’t think a man has to be masculine, feminine, or androgynous to have good style, i just think he has to have good style.

and i wish people would stop using the word queen to describe men who are feminine or androgynous and most likely gay. it pretty much always comes off homophobic.

  5. no no no….aside from him being from the wrong coast, flashing a ‘gang’ sign, regardless of intent, is never acceptable….smh at that fail

  6. Thanks for all the comments each is appreciated
Mrs. B ^^^ those aren’t gang signs those are my intials MW and Im from California, Live in DC, just graduated from undergrade in Atlanta

  7. @Bomb Your so ignorant that it’s sad. Being stylish doesn’t equate with femininity(not that there’s is anything wrong with that). And if you want to know the truth he looks more like a teen than grown man.

I like his denim shirt but that’s about it.

  8. Clearly he has great style, thats why he’s on here and you all are NOT. I love it. I guess he should be twirling and vouging with a high top fade and ya’ll would Love It. Keep doing ur thing hun

  9. @ Baise pleeeaaaasssseeee . Ignorant? your so cute your using black history month LINGO? Are you a teen and in highschool?

  10. @BOMB KEEP IT POSITIVE BOO!NO NEED TO BE SO MEAN AND CATTY……I THINK HE HAS STYLE. HE JUST NEEDS TO THINK OUTSIDE OF TENNIS SHOES AND DENIM AND HE’S GOOD TO GO!…TO EACH HIS OWN. STYLE DOESN’T MEAN “WEAR WHAT’S HOT OR WHAT OTHER PEOPLE LIKE” IF IT REPRESENTS HIS PERSONALITY THEN….ROCK UR SHIT!

  11. Not trying to be objectionable but I noticed that we tend to say that our Fashion Bombshells are too dressed up and our Fashion Bombers are too dressed down. It feels a little unfair to me.

I really like Mark’s looks a lot! I feel like he works the trends in a timeless/understated way. I love the denim/leather and the denim button down. Also, props for your colour schemes, nicely matched.

  12. @B
I don’t think this is a question of him being too dressed down. I think his style just isn’t quite there. He’s not giving off an overall, polished vibe. By polished I mean a look thats complete and intentional. He seems like he just through some different combinations together that are not working.

  13. As stated, regardless of your intent, there’s history behind the twisting of your fingers….just like its not appropriate for a white person to wear KKK even if that’s their initials….and its undergrad or undergraduate….now back to fashion

  14. @Brittany L.
Fair enough, I guess we all see it differently. I live in country Australia in a town where “hipster” has just hit in really shameful way and so many guys are just rocking it with no knowledge of style what-so-ever. So, this is definitely better than what I’m seeing on a day-to-day basis.

(No hate to anyone that rocks the “hipster” look, it just hasn’t been done well in my town)

  15. claire have you ever posted what the criteria is for becoming a fashion bomb?
I understand that style is subjective and everyone is not going to like everything but imo Mark should not have been declared as one. I would imagine a “bomb” would be someone who not only looks nice in their clothes (fit, style, etc) but also someone who is considered a trendsetter, or at the very least inspire the readers to try something different. This young man not only looks like every other wannabe-kanye-hipster but he doesnt even do that well.
Im sure you are overwhelmed with submissions so maybe Vuitton can help you out since he’s your fashion guy…

  16. Pure Comedy! Lola have you seen Kanye’s style? If so you should a clear depiction and know our style are far from similiar. Style is personal, I wear what I like, these pictures are not photoshop and fixed, but CANDID at best. Don’t take yourself so serious when you possess none of the listed qualities: A submission on this site, a link to your website, or a non negative or belittling demeanor!
Thanks for your comment, greatly appreciate it!
