    • Judges handling Dolce & Gabbana’s current legal battles aren’t buying the designer’s claims of innocence.  “It is not at all believable that the designers, once made aware of the project [to avoid Italian taxes], could feel that they were operating legally,” said a judge.     • Russell Westbook has released a lookbook of some of the pieces to be released in August as a part of his collaboration with Barneys New York.  The images feature pieces from Jordan, Globe Trotter, and Selima though even more from brands like Marcelo Burlon and Want Les Essentiels will be apart of the full collection.  In anticipation of the launch, Westbrook is headed to Paris for the men’s shows this week.     • With Sex and the City over, Sarah Jessica Parker might be amping up for a role in a new television series.  Reports have pegged the actress turned designer in a televised adaption of the book Busted: A Tale of Corruption and Betrayal in the City of Brotherly Love.  The novel is about police corruption in Philadelphia.
