The Fashion Bomb News Breakdown: Kanye West and Kim Kardashian Get Freaky on a Motorcycle in “Bound 2,” A Peek at Meadham Kirchhoff x Topshop, and Pharrell Williams is GQ‘s Hitmaker of The Year


“I wonder what it would look like if Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had sex on a motorcycle,” thought no one ever in the history of the universe. But the ex-Louis Vuitton Don is more than happy to put such imagery in your head, as evidenced by his latest video for “Bound 2.” Yeezy debuted his latest today on Ellen, in which he treats viewers to epic swirling landscapes, while he and a topless Kim have passionate motorcycle foreplay sexytimes (post-coital times?) in the foreground. Yeah. It was a teensy bit uncomfortable for me too, but Kanye’s a man in love, and if he wants to simulate sex on a motorbike, who am I to judge? West is at least fully clothed, donning not one, but two plaid shirts at the same damn time.  Watch the whole thing above. • Yesterday, the internet was reeling with reports that Lily Allen‘s vintage concept store and clothing line, Lucy in Disguise, was being liquidated. While the label is definitely in trouble, Allen’s sister and business partner Sarah Owen came forward today to say that the label is “very much still trading.” As she told Vogue UK, “It’s an exciting time for us and we have a loyal customer base that we want to reassure – we are still in full swing. We specialise in party dresses, so Christmas is an important time of year for us.” (Vogue UK)

• Aspiring members of the Lollipop Guild will be interested in Meadham Kirchhoff‘s Topshop collab, for which the first images have been released. It has all the frilly, furry, glittery, Rainbow Brite fare you would expect from the design duo. Think Nicki Minaj ca. 2010 Harajuku realness, with a few pieces you can wear to something other than a rave. The collaboration is expected to drop November 21st, with prices ranging from $8 to $1200. Bottega Veneta creative director Tomas Maier is getting an injection of capital into his eponymous brand, now that Kering’s bought a stake in the label. Tomas Maier, a brand known mostly for its knitwear, swimwear, and jersey will experience quite a bit of expansion over the next few months, as Kering has the intent to build up Maier as a complete lifestyle brand. “I am excited to enter into this new chapter for the Tomas Maier brand in parallel with my role at Bottega Veneta,” the designer told WWD. “I could not imagine a better partner than Kering for the Tomas Maier brand. We speak the same language and have a mutual understanding of how to take this business we started 15 years ago to new heights.” (WWD)
