These little numbers from Alice McCall’s Flowerdrum Collection make me want to ditch my trusty t-shirt and jeans for a dress every now and then!
With a quirky name like ‘Mysterious Occurrences Dress‘, you won’t be surprised to see that this babydoll-style dress features an allover digital print of bold lips. The fun pattern and feminine form of these pieces are reminiscent of Mary Katrantzou’s lip-print midi skirt. The ‘She Has Funny Cars’ skirt, paired below with the ‘Celestine‘ crop-top will run you about $220.
From playful prints to stripes, the ‘Eyes Wide Shut‘ top and ‘Surreal’ skirt are 3 trends sewn into one; from the super sexy thigh-high slit, to the calf-skimming skirt length and scalloped edges, this piece is just right for the season!
Feel like baring even more skin before summers truly over? Go for the flirty ‘Creatures of the Moon‘ playsuit, which features a cut-out midriff and short shorts. Because really, why not?
There’s so much to choose from the Alice McCall collection but the beautiful ‘Rose Splendid Dress Tea Rose‘ was one of the first to catch my eye. The dress made of 100% cotton sports a lovely embroidered poppy pattern applique and retro-inspired bell sleeves.
I love the powder blue version as well!
If you’re especially into the floral pattern, its also featured in both colors on a pair of high-waisted shorts!
The structure of the ‘Floret’ dress has me dying. A twist on the typical peplum-style, this petal shape dress has a curved-skirt detail.
The flowy ‘Grandiflora‘ dress is available in both black and white. It’d be hard for me to choose since you can almost never go wrong with either shade! All pieces are heavily inspired by floral patterns and the peony lace waisted dress with bell sleeves is no different.
