Happy Friday!
So yesterday was a doozy! Not only did I relaunch FashionBombDaily.com with a spanking new design, but it was also the first day of New York Fashion Week!
And while I popped by Lincoln Center to attend the BCBG, Richard Chai, Desigual, and Marissa Webb shows (with a stop by a Harlem’s Fashion Row luncheon in between), all I could think about was how you guys were feeling about our new, updated look.
When I finally had a chance to slow down, I read all your comments. Common complaints were that the site was too clunky, too busy, and overwhelming. I hear ya!
I’m currently working with my webmaster to revise the site with your concerns in mind. Though the homepage will most likely stay the same, you can now access the ‘Blog’ tab, which features posts in the same format you’re accustomed to. Bookmark it!
And I just want to let you know that I’m working hard to make sure we deliver all the latest celeb style, fashion news, and street chic in a format that works for you. The goal was to enhance your Fashion Bomb Daily experience, not diminish it.
At any rate, this site is all about you. Let me know what you like (as you always do), and I’ll do my best to strike a balance between my goals for the site and your wishes. And thanks for the support! I loved meeting so many of you in and around Lincoln Center!

I hope you continue to visit as we make this transition.
And be sure to check out the Blog Tab!
Stay tuned for tweaks and even more Fashion Bomb Daily Fabulosity.

*For Day 1, I wore a Helmut Lang Strata Blazer and Pants, along with Chanel Oversized Hoops and a Chanel clutch from A Second Chance Resale.
I finished my look with Christian Louboutin pumps. My 2nd and big toes are still cramped in pain.
I’ll definitely be wearing more reasonable heels for the rest of Fashion Week! Stay tuned for more Style Diaries and instances from my life.
Love this look and the print. Very flattering
You look great Claire.
In regards to the site…as a front-end developer, I’m curious about your webmaster’s decision to not test the site before launching. Typically you would have a small group of your users test the site before you launch to the masses. This saves time, money, and confusion and helps you improve the usability before you launch. Testing is one of the most important aspects of web design.
Claire as usual you are gorgeous.
Thanks for the link to the blog format, as happy as I ever was :).
Claire, you look amazing!
I’ll be using the blog format until changes are made
