Happy Friday!
So this morning, I was invited by Famous Footwear to attend Good Morning America’s concert series featuring Ne-Yo, followed by brunch with celebrity stylist Diandre Tristan.
The day kicked off at 8am, with a few tunes by Ne-Yo himself in Central Park, followed by CD signings and a quick photo opp (Mr. Compound was rocking gold grills on his bottom teeth and Christopher Kane Grey Printed Creature Pants).
Then we were off to chat fashion with Diandre Tristan, who, as you may know, styles Tamar Braxton and GMA’s own Robin Roberts. He showed us a few fall perfect looks for less featuring items from H&M and Zara, topped off by shoes from Famous Footwear.

After the presentation, I grabbed a quick pic with Diandre (who is SUPER sweet):
Then made my way back to Brooklyn to blog it up!
It was a great way to start my day.

In case you were wondering, I’m wearing Myne LA’s Heidi Silk Dress in hot pink (previously spied on Tika Sumpter along with Kim & Khloe Kardashian). Hot! or Hmm…?

Claire, you look spectacular! Serious question about the dress…I’ve been looking to purchase, but I read the dress runs super big…how many sizes did you go down? I’m guessing one size may be enough…please help!

The dress only goes up to a size 8, so that’s the size I purchased. I’m normally a size 12 in dresses because of my bust, though this option has lots of fabric, so it’s not super constricting. To have the best fit, I’d recommend maybe 1 size down. Even though the 8 fits, it still puckers at times, for me, around the bust area. Enjoy!
Claire, you looked amazing in this outfit! From certain angles it appeared to be a jumpsuit, and from others it was obviously a dress. In any case, the color was gorge against your complexion and really set of your blonde ‘do.
