Pharrell looked summer cool and casual outside of Pastis restaurant in NYC for a recent lunch date:
The uber producer wore $170 BBC Ice Cream Bar Jersey Shorts and $111 Band of Outsiders Red Top-Sider Deck Shoes with a white t-shirt and subtle scarf.
Now, I love Pharrell like cooked food…but am hmm’ing on this outfit. If he were chilling by the beach, cool. For lunch at a swanky New York eatery, perhaps a pair of khakis or jeans would have been better.
But then again, this is Pharrell….he can kind of wear whatever he wants and look fly, no?

Kanye West recently twitpic’ed a shot of him wearing a pair of 3.1 Phillip Lim lambskin “Stroll” shorts:
He accented the $550 Spring/Summer collection beauts with a peach colored shirt and green blazer.
Several women have worked leather short to fabulous effect…
…but I’m not too sure about Kanye’s interpretation.
Something about the cut or maybe even the fabric itself makes me go hmm…
