Rihanna had a big night at the TIME 100 Gala, but the night before she got some dinner at Da Silvano in New York City. For her night out, she threw on a hooded denim jacket with contrast sleeves, a Céline Mini Luggage Tote, $675 Manolo Blahnik Pepe Sandals, and a $76 Topshop Silver Strappy Maxi Dress:
Her silver maxi dress features spaghetti straps, a scoop neckline and a low back.

This dress isn’t the easiest one to pull off and lends itself to evening more than anything. Rih Rih clearly tried to give it an edge with the denim jacket, but I think a statement shoe and leather jacket would have been better.

Rihanna attended the Time 100 Most Influential People Gala last night in a strapless Marchesa Resort 2012 Gown and $1,395 Christian Louboutin Bois Dore Pumps:
The hot fuchsia number features an exaggerated sweetheart neckline and an asymmetrical full tulip skirt.
Her pumps are part of Christian Louboutin’s 20th anniversary collection, and feature a metallic carved wood heel.
I love this look! The color is smashing, and aside from Rih’s bored expression, she looks her typical pretty self. The neckline on the dress is giving me a bit of Madonna ca Blond Ambition and she could’ve gone with a sexier shoe…but in the end, she can turn it out for a red carpet, can’t she?

Celebrities are really gravitating toward Air Jordans of late aren’t they? Rihanna is the latest to rock a pair of kicks from the brand. She was seen out and about in New York City in a denim jacket, graphic tee, white jeans and $160 Air Jordan 12 Retro Sneakers:
She accessorized with a gold chain link bracelet and oversized sunglasses.
This look is taking me back! In high school, the latest pair of Jordans and skintight denim was the hottest pairing out! I guess everything in fashion does come back around huh?

• If you haven’t started following @Roberto_Cavalli on Twitter, I suggest you immediately hit that follow button. In addition to gems like “Do you prefere the sex……. in the day time or in the night?,” the designer treated us to his personal views on the fashion industry this weekend, and some inside information as to why he and Anna Wintour don’t have such a friendly rapport. Cavalli tweeted, “I confide in you a secret… Anna Wintur das nt come to see my show in Milano ……. Why ?? becouse I dont do publicity in American Vogue ??” No wonder he threw all that shade towards Ms. Wintour in that interview with D. Repubblica! It seems Cavalli has nothing to lose… he doesn’t advertise in American Vogue anyway! (Fashin)

• Get out your tissues, gals, Page Six reports that Tyra Banks has fired America’s Next Top Model’s beloved judges, Nigel Barker, Jay Manuel, and Miss J. Alexander. Word is Miss Tyra wants to revamp the entire show and add a social media slant (and has been reaching out to popular bloggers like Bryan Boy to fill the open spots). Now, I love ANTM, and will probably still watch, but why oh why would Tyra take away the beautiful, bald, ever-sexy Nigel Barker from us? Something about that just doesn’t seem fair! I’m not sure if I’m on board with these changes. But to make up for the loss of Nigel & the gang, I happen to know a couple stellar bloggers that would love to step in as judges on the show.
