Queen Elizabeth II has reigned for a very long time. Sixty years to be exact. That’s an unbelievable feat and cause for celebration right? Well there is definitely one taking place all throughout 2012 all over the world, referred to as the Diamond Jubilee, marking the 60th anniversary of her accession to the throne. A number of designers and brands have created exclusive styles and collections for the momentous event and one of my favorites is from half-Brazilian and half-English designer Charlotte Dellal of the “It” accessories brand, Charlotte Olympia.
The Pandora Clutch is one of the brand’s most popular (and practically always sold-out) styles. Each clear version comes with interchangeable pouches to give the piece some flair, as well as to hide whatever you choose to put in it. For the Jubilee, Charlotte has given it a British twist and designed pouches capturing important parts of the culture including a crown, the London skyline, and my favorite below which is the Union Jack. On the back of each pouch is a “Wish you were here” postcard, embroidered in Charlotte’s own handwriting. Pretty cool no?
We all know Charlotte Olympia designs require some splurging on our parts and the Jubilee Pandora Clutch will put a dent in your bank account for the month at approximately $918. If you’re having a hard time convincing yourself, just remember that a Diamond Jubilee only comes around once in a lifetime!
You can get the clutch now at www.charlotteolympia.com. I doubt it will stay in-stock for long.

Fun fact: Ashley Madekwe wore the red Bruce version earlier this month.
