• On the Scene: The Variety and Women in Film Emmy Nominee Celebration

The stars were certainly out at The Variety and Women in Film Emmy Nominee Celebration! Our favorite fixer was in attendance, as well as a slew of stylish actresses.

    Let’s see what they wore!

Scandal star Kerry Washington showed off her toned gams in a flirty Michael Kors dress, SJP pumps, and a Swarovski clutch. I cannot wait to see what she dons tomorrow night!

I was surprised to see supermodel Joan Smalls in attendance! She had all eyes on her in a strapless printed flare frock and ankle cuff sandals. Flawless.

I usually live for Tracee Ellis Ross’s fashion choices, but I couldn’t pick one focal point when it came to her tri-color dress.

A caramel-hued gown with yellow lace detailing from Wes Gordon was on the menu for Ashley Madekwe.

Selena Gomez was the lady in red in a long-sleeve Valentino jumpsuit in the fiery shade. I need something like this for Fall!

White frocks are already a trend for Emmy weekend and Dascha Polanco tried a lace-inset gown on for size. Her bombshell waves and contrasting dark lips won me over.

Perfectly-cut bangs and a chic jumpsuit were Angela Bassett’s choices for the night. She’s always hot!

Padma Lakshmi was pretty in pink in a one-shoulder dress with an asymmetric cutout neckline.

Danielle Brooks served glamour in a high-neck, long-sleeve gown from Jovani. Red lips would’ve set this whole thing off, but I still loved this fierce number.

The whole Orange Is The New Black cast was in attendance as Samira Wiley was spotted in a Summer-appropriate floral sheath.

Ariel Winter was a vision in a $398 BCBGMAXAZRIA Hanah Lace Illusion Tiered Asymmetric Skirt Sheath Dress. Wasn’t she gorgeous?

Lace, a halter silhouette, black and navy two-tone coloring, and stripes were all brought together on Selenis Leyva’s gown.

I wanted a bit more glam for Gina Rodriguez than her black bustier crop top and printed, asymmetric fold skirt, but I’m starting to see that she’s a style chameleon which I very much like.

Amanda Steinberg is all grown up! The beauty was the epitome of grace in a retro-inspired halter number, mary jane pumps, and coral lips.

Last, but not least was Laverne Cox who gave a bit of princess flair in a Ports 1961 dress. Two great looks from Laverne this weekend…what will she wear to the Emmys? Can’t wait to see!

Who had your favorite look of the night?
