So New York keeps it popping with fun filled events!
Yesterday, celebrity hairstylist Ursula Stephen welcomed tastemakers and influencers to a fabulous “The Beauty and the Brand” brunch at the Nolitan Hotel.
Mix unlimited mimosas with good food and stylish people, and you’ll get the bevy of beauty below!
See what Fashion Bomb photog Karl Pierre uncovered:
Renee from the group Zhané of “Hey Mr. DJ” fame was in the building, and looked vibrant in a colorful printed dress and a red textured clutch. I talked to her for quite some time, and she has a beautiful spirit, as I’m sure this picture captures.
Fashionista Kathleen Elie also went bold in an African printed skirt, Aldo Ruinaux necklace, and coordinating yellow handbag.
Legendary party promoter Legendary Damon looked his normal jazzy self in an A. Sauvage blazer and Liberty of London for Doc Marten shoes.
A blue hat, red lips, and multicolored necklace added interesting accents to this black and white dress.
Creative Director Bevin Elias cut a fine form in a plaid jacket, uplifted by bee pins of his design.
Nikki Ogunnaike from Glamour.com looked fit and fab in a ruffled white top and Zara jeans.
Her sister and Arise TV 360 co-anchor Lola was equally stylish in an 0’2nd swan jumpsuit.
It was also all about jumpsuits for fabulous industry insider Tamayu, who looked effortless in Zara.
I love Shiona Turini’s style! The Cosmo Editor paired skinny jeans, Manolo Blahnik sandals, and a Pierre Hardy clutch with a hi low top from a Bermudian designer Juliana Gibbons.
Check out the back:
Songstress Liv Warfield looked perfectly pretty in a floral frock.
Model Jazzi was visiting from Atlanta, and kept cool in a dress from Labels Boutique.
This young man was dapper in printed pants and a pink button down.
Fellow blogger Kela Walker always looks absolutely adorable! She stuck to her stylish penchants in an H&M skirt and Jason Wu pearly strapped platform sandals.
Christen from the Blog DivasandDorks.com worked a strapless bustier maxi.
Stylist Dex Robinson punched up his all black ensemble with Riccardo Tisci x Nike kicks.
Celebrity hairstylist Cynthia Alvarez gave all types of body in a black bodycon and white accessories. Her hair? Everything.
Aliya from the Nolitan Hotel welcomed everyone in a Karl Lagerfeld tee, white skirt, and hot pink sandals.
And lastly, the lady of the hour looked fabulous in a Topshop printed top, jeans, and Nicholas Kirkwood mesh lace pumps.
It was a fun time!
Ursula and I chatted about doing something similar together. If we do, you’ll all be invited;) Stay tuned!
*I went for a spring time look in an MSGM jacket, Zara tank, and Robert Rodriguez skirt (last worn here).
