Look of The Week: First Lady Michelle Obama, Naomie Harris, Kelly Rowland and More!

In between the Scandal midseason finale and being slain by Beyoncé, I’m ready for the weekend. My heart just can’t take all this stimulation! Let’s peep some of the staff’s favorite looks from this week before my blood pressure gets too high:

 Lupita Nyong’o in Elie Saab

Lupita Nyong’o showed us the true meaning of ‘red-hot’ at the 12 Years A Slave premiere in this beaded Elie Saab number. Dang, I can barely keep up with all her fabulous looks!

Naomie Harris in Monique Lhuillier

Okay, this Monique Lhuillier gown was the perfect shade of pink for Naomie Harris‘s skin tone! She stole our hearts in the draped, lacy number she wore to the premiere of Mandela: Road to Freedom. Stunning!

Kelly Rowland in Michael Kors

Black and white was the call for Kelly Rowland, who showed off her latest X Factor ‘fit on Instagram, courtesy of Michael Kors. The singer paired her crop top and wide-legged trousers with oodles of pearls and a purple pout to boot. Fab!

Kim Kardashian in Lanvin and Max Mara

It is always a surprise to see Kim K out of neutral colors these days, thanks to the rigorous tutelage of Kanye West. So it is always a pleasure to see her in more vibrant hues, like this mustard yellow ensemble she put together for The Hollywood Reporter‘s Women in Entertainment breakfast. Haute!

First Lady Michelle Obama in Marchesa

Has there ever been a more glamorous First Lady than Michelle Obama? Will there ever be? Mrs. O stunned at the Kennedy Center Honors gala earlier this week in a romantic hunter green Marchesa gown. The girls… Simply could not handle that blowout!

Naya Rivera in Michael Kors

Guys, Naya Rivera totally jacked my steez in this Michael Kors pencil skirt she wore to The Hollywood Reporter‘s Women in Breakfast. Librarian-chic sensibilities with a bouncy blowout? Put a pair of glasses on her, and b*tch stole my look. Which is probably the reason we loved it so much!

So, who did it for you?
