• The Fashion Bomb News Breakdown: Prada Casts Another Model of Color for Campaign, Gisele Bundchen The Face of Pantene, and Did Nasty Gal Knock Off Sophia Webster?

    • Prada‘s released the first images for their Spring 2014 campaign, which includes Cindy Bruna, the second model of color the label has used in almost twenty years. Malaika Firth famously appeared as the first for their Fall 2013 campaign. It looks like Prada’s really trying to add a little diversity to their repertoire, and I’m here for it! (Fashionista)

2 Naomi Campbell's The Face Australia Zac Posen Fall 2013 Wine Colored Gown

    • Naomi Campbell‘s moving on with her love life, and is now rumored to be dating Nigerian oil mogul Kola Aluko. The pair were spied shopping in Paris back in October, and hung out again last week in London. Apparently, Aluko and Campbell are only “casually” seeing each other for now, but hopefully, this could blossom into a beautiful romance. I just want to see Queen Naomi happy and settled down! (Page Six)

Pantene‘s tapped none other than Gisele Bundchen to front their US campaign for this year. She is already an ambassador for the brand in Latin America, so I guess Pantene is looking to ride that gravy train all the way to the US of A. I ain’t mad! (The Cut)

    • Miley Cyrus is the cover girl for LOVE magazine’s March 2014 issue, and praise Jesus, there’s nary a nipple, cameltoe, or cheek in sight. Just a close up shot of the singer’s profile. (Styleite)

    • Sophia Webster cast some weekend shade Nasty Gal‘s way, Instagramming a photo of a speech-bubble bag the e-tailer is currently peddling. The carryall in question bears a strong resemblance to a “Say My Name” leather clutch Webster offers. “Nice Try @NastyGal #COPYCAT #SpeechBubbleClutch #SWHQ,” she captioned the photo. There’s no denying the bags are quite similar, but Nasty Gal’s is about $48, while Sophia’s is priced at $450 (now $180 on sale). While it sucks that she might have been ripped off, I don’t think she lost any customers to Nasty Gal’s version of the bag. (Instagram)
