The who’s who of the fashion and media industries headed to The Museum at the Fashion Institute of Technology for The 2013 Couture Council Luncheon, honoring Michael Kors. Naturally, most of the stylish attendees gravitated toward the designer’s duds for the occasion.
Let’s get into the afternoon’s looks!
Queen Mother Iman left no prisoners in her wake in a Michael Kors Resort 2014 leopard print reefer coat, black shirt, and suntan trousers. Bow down!
One of my favorite looks from the event belonged to Lily Aldridge. The supermodel opted for a cashmere knit, suntan, and carnation skirt, suntan belt, and clutch, all from Mr. Kors’s Resort 2014 offerings. Gorgeous no?
Nina Garcia kept it simple and chic at the affair in purple. I love her style!
It was all about volume, print, and mixed textures for CNN’s Alina Cho. Hmm…she’s so beautiful and this look just totally engulfs her petite frame.
Leopard was the print du jour for Doutzen Kroes who wore a dress in the feral pattern from the Resort 2014 assortment.
It was all about retro-inspired for Harley Viera-Newton who threw a $1,100 Michael Kors Black and Nude Cashmere Lace Cardigan over a satin and lace Pre-Fall 2013 dress from the brand. Cute!
Anna Wintour wore a custom printed Michael Kors frock for the occasion.
Last, but never ever least was domestic goddess Martha Stewart in neutral tones.
Who had your favorite look at the luncheon?
