Why does Toya have to come off as trying too hard or no sense of style? She looks adorable and those bright colors compliment her. The outfit is appropriate for the event and she is going to rock those labels because she wants to. I was hoping for deets on the sweater, so I guess I have to hope to find one similar :-)

I think the verification department needs to check if this was indeed Tamar’s birthday party. It definitely looks a bit like a fast food establishment (booths, table covers, posters, wood paneled walls). Perhaps it was a charity event? At any rate – Toya looks cool. I wonder is this Lil Wayne’s alimony payments that affords her to buy $700 shoes? IJS
