Mollie King was spotted at Radio 1 in London in simple black pumps and a sweater, thrown over a $68 Lipsy Long Sleeve Midi Dress:

Her long-sleeve striped frock features a curve-hugging fit.
Cute! A great way to get some more wear out of your favorite dresses.
You can get her dress for a steal at www.lipsy.co.uk.
What do you think?

Love this idea & she looks super cute!

I’m all for fashion bomb expanding its viewership but I’ll be damned if I have to put up with another boring, beige and bland blonde starlet. Is it not enough that they have clogged our entire mainstream fashion culture? Now they to infiltrate the fashion bomb too? No! Just no! l love this site because it reps underrepresented girls but this? No!
March 18, 2013 4:02 pm
That is so racist @Lola. Take exactly what u said and change ‘beige’ to ‘black’, and imagine the exact statement on another fashion blog which is predominantly white. You disliked this post because of the colour of her skin and not necessarily the fashion. If u don’t like the fashion, say so succinctly without any prejudice against her skin colour.
March 18, 2013 4:18 pm
Hmmm I agree with somethings lola is saying…some of the posts with ” bland blonde starlet” have been very basic fashions, not necessarily fashion bomb worthy. But then again fashion should be colour blind and I definitely will support a post with a non-Black fashionista, as long as she/he is fashionable, and not because they are a token.
March 18, 2013 4:19 pm
@lola it’s just one picture. Jesus. Like how it is on a mainstream blog. There’s always a token black girl.
March 18, 2013 4:28 pm
ohhh I love this look! thanks for the idea :)
March 18, 2013 4:44 pm
Simple. Great for a “I want to dress but not totally” day.
March 18, 2013 4:46 pm

March 18, 2013 4:54 pm
love it…really cute and simple
March 18, 2013 10:08 pm
LOLA….a white person reading ur comment may see it as racism…
March 18, 2013 10:25 pm
@ K
Girl, have a stadium full of seats. How is it racism when white are the fashion majority? They dominate every aspect of the fashion industry and underrepresented girls get zero shine. What we love about Fashion Bomb is that Claire and her team are putting brown girls, who are ignored by mainstream media by the way, on the map. We get fashion bombs from india to nigeria. Even look at stunning fashionistas like Shingai Shoniwa and Fan Bing Bing. They are seldom featured on popular blogs but they are on the fashion bomb all the time; that’s why we love this site.
But featuring a typical blonde from *gasp* the saturdays? Does she really need the publicity??? Goodbye!
March 18, 2013 10:43 pm
Lola – you sound really racist – claire is expanding the brand and she’s catering to the demand of the ever growing multi cultural community !!! Gosh !!! Some people are so ignorant . You took the time to leave a comment why not skip the post ?
March 18, 2013 10:48 pm
Anyways ….. Back to the topic at hand – I love mollie she always dresses. To the nines !!! She’s really pretty to ! : ) I love the striped dress it accentuates her slim, slender figure and moreso its a great outfit for the young working woman!!

@ peplum lover
Keep reaching sweetheart because you are the ignorant one in this debate. White fashionistas are on EVERY OTHER SITE. I come to fashion bomb to see the brown girls who are neglected by mainstream publications. I come here to see them get their shine.
By the way, the stunning award-winning black actress emayatzy corinealdi did a regal photo shoot for W and its quite sad that no urban fashion blogs are commenting on it.
How dare I complain giving brown girls exposure on an urban fashion blog. how dare I complain how white privilege in fashion. OMG! I’m so racist smh Sit down

I feel u ….n i could see ur hand a finger waggin when u said a stadium full of seats…whooh! That was great! Anyhoo….Get her outta here!
March 19, 2013 7:34 am
The proportions of her outfit are unflattering. She needs to emphasize he small waist in order for this look to work for me
March 19, 2013 7:38 am
Lola is fired up! @ Lola, you seem passionte, why don’t you start the blog you’re speaking of? I’ve never heard of Emayatzy and I’m sure others haven’t either. There seems to be a niche for that and I for one would read it.
As for Mollie, I love stripes and the dress, and I appreciate less expensive options as I need to be able to afford to go somewhere once I get the dress.

Honestly can’t stand the Saturday’s. They always appear over dressed out and about. If you frequent the UK showbiz sites, people are constantly asking ‘why are they still around and how are they making money?’ I watched their show on E! & was flabbergasted when they were tagged as a successful girl group from the UK – they’re not. They always seem to be papped looking busy and going somewhere, yet we never hear of them :-/
This is the one place I could be assured I wouldn’t see them (bar rochelle who happened to fill the ‘urban’ quota). Not anymore *rolls eyes*
rant over! Lol
March 19, 2013 10:55 am
Nothing worthy or a post here. I thought it was Sienna Miller, January Jones, etc all-in-one. Blahhh
March 19, 2013 11:27 am
@ Emma

March 19, 2013 8:36 pm
Mollie is so cute!! This is a nice, simple idea.
Why are some of the readers of this blog so rude?!
March 20, 2013 5:15 pm
You go @Lola – with you all the way.
March 25, 2013 2:58 pm
I would like this!!!

certainly like your web-site however you need to check the spelling on quite a few of your posts. A number of them are rife with spelling issues and I to find it very troublesome to inform the truth nevertheless I’ll definitely come again again.
