Some of the pieces were really cute, however I cant see myself wearing a big mercedes benz sign on my shirt. And I’m really not feeling this new Dripping Chanel trend.

I like it in a hood rich, ghetto fabulosh sorta way, if you’re into that. I do like the Badu earwings, she wore a single leaf version on her last tour.

Not feeling these…especially the knock off YSL and Chanel pieces. For my, if I can’t afford the real thing, would rather do without. Overall pieces are a little to “hood” for me.

My comment has absolutely nothing to do with this post but more about the comments. It’s nothing more disgusting than us to refer to each other with derogatory names such as Hood Rat and Rat ball. A simple “I don’t like it or not for me” is better than using hurtful names. What makes you better than a person you consider to be a hood rat. You equalize yourself to be the same thing you consider someone else just by saying it out your mouth. If you were so classy or better you would use a better choice of words.

I totally agree with @dyshaun everything comes back around. Also it sounds like most of the people who don’t like it. Is not age appropriate to wear it and plus you already wore it during your time. Lol

Oh the uppity comments are so funny right now. LOL. I agree with @Micheal and @Dyshaun. Saying you don’t like it or it’s not your thing is one thing (that’s understandable, everything isn’t for everybody), but it’s a whole other thing comparing it to something you feel is beneath you. Especially when it’s apart of a ‘trend’ that you played a part in ‘way back when’.

@D.A. you spoke some real stuff and I totally agree. Last time I check hoochie, ratchet, and hood rat was someone who is mostly naked, with loud colored hair, and don’t look good in it. These women are fully clothed and is nothing different from forever 21, asos, and more but clearly they have more style and flavor. If being fully clothed is considered ratchet than you must be Barbara Bush.

I went to the site and it’s nothing hood rat about it. It’s fresh, new, and haute. It’s today’s trends. It’s very versatile. I seen vintage pieces, rock pieces, tomboy, sassy, girly, clubbish, and all of the above. They actually have the best accessories I have seen anywhere. I can see Rihanna or Beyonce rocking any of these fits. You have to actually be a versatile person to pull off this store. Some people have some people don’t but don’t get mad at the ones that do. Just my opinion.
