      She looks beautiful. It is so hard sometimes to make time for the gym after school, kids, work, husband, etc… But you have to keep yourself healthy. Kudos to her for whipping herself back into shape in such a short time. Plenty of water, fruits and veggies, plus 3-4 workouts a week should do the trick : )

      @Dolo,

      For a regular person, yes, that would be very hard. It is not hard for Beyonce to do any of that. That’s why she has a staff.

      I want to pick up that issue, just to figure out where that outfit is from — it’s really cute, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was over-priced.

      Beyonce is sooooooo ahead of the game. I don’t understad why she feels the need to take off her clothes at every turn these days. She’s throwing herself in the Kim K/RiRi lane for no reason. Please stick with whats missing in the industry- classy, integrity, first lady of the game. My personal opinion.

      As for the excuses if you can find to do social media or any other activity you can find 15 minutes to work out. Its not like you need a gym to get in shape.

      People kill me…it’s called lighting. And…it’s not like Beyonce is a dark skinned woman.

      In regards to finding the time to work out when you have young children, you have to find the time. Imagine, if you have the time to watch a sitcom, you have the time to work out. We have to make ourselves a priority…after all, you can’t do for others unless you do for yourself. Granted, I don’t have children…but my best friend became a personal trainer after having twins. I instruct running clinics and many of those I run with have young children. If you want it hard enough, you will find the time. Calling out celebs because they have the money means nothing. You still have to eat, choose wisely…and you don’t need money to workout.

      Decide. Commit…and you WILL succeed.

      I totally agree with you Soul Touch, anyone who wants a toned body will do what it takes, these people who talk about celebrities having the “staff” are being ridiculous.. is the staff eating the food for her? or are they doing the actual exercise for her??

      Bottom line,If you really want something you will do the work for it, It irks me when people at my job look at me and say, if I had your figure I would wear this or that. Like I went out to a store and bought my body. I work for it, there is no magic body or magic pill, the only way to get that figure is through diet and exercise.

      Beyonce looks photo shopped to the nth, I can barely recognize her

    31. posted by Frost

      March 13, 2013 11:25 pm

      @Roka, no the staff isn’t doing the eating or the actual exercise but they’re helping her through the process, much like a parent teaches their child to walk.

      Her cooks outline a strict diet for her which she then has her personal chef cook for her and feed her at the respected intervals.

      Her trainer than outlines what part of her body needs to be worked on, and they train for however long the trainer decides when he personally visits her home.

      This is exactly what happens when actors need to gain/lose weight for specific roles. It’s obvious why celebrities lose weight really fast and vice versa — because they have a staff to help them through it.

      Why are people so mad she has money, had a baby, and is back in shape?!? Im confused. Plenty of people/other celebs can afford trainers, chefs & nannys but their bodies dont look like THIS so obviously it has something to do with her personal dedication & effort.

      Money does not equal weight loss or a perfect body && there are plenty of options for us REGULAR FOLK for meal plans (Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, the internet lol) and exercise plans such Workout DVDs, Comcast On Demand, and hell guess what? walking outside is FREE! As far as time if you have time to read this blog & comment you have time to workout.

      Nobody is mad that she has money and had a baby, and is now back in shape, I think what a lot of people wish though, is that celebrities would be more transparent about their weight loss processes. Most of us will not look like Beyonce does after we have our babies. Why? Because most of us, after we have our babies, will have to get back to working 10 hour days, running a household, and caring for our kids. Yes, if you have an hour for TV you have an hour to work out, UNLESS you have babies in the house, well then you have to stay home. You can do a stay at home work out, but with one eye on your children. It’s just not the same as a woman who has a chef/trainer/nurse/nanny/maid/driver/personal assistant.

      March 14, 2013 9:57 am

      @Michelle, what celeb does not look like this? Besides the ones who are out of shape for a role?

      @Terilili, well said.

      And a lot of people keep throwing this ‘hour for TV, hour to work out’ in here, but if you’re already super busy, why would you not want to take an hour to relax, as opposed to working out? :\

    39. posted by Soul Touch

      March 14, 2013 10:05 am

      @Roka

      I TOTALLY agree. Either you make it a priority or you don’t. It’s hard, I am sure, but I see it done EVERY DAY by EVERY DAY PEOPLE.

      @Michelle

      Amen!! You should see how many DVDs I own. But you don’t have to waste your money..YOUTUBE! Put your baby in a stroller and go for a walk. Sometimes we make things harder than they need to be.

      Or, work out 10 min through out the day…once in the morning, once after lunch, once after dinner…just 10 minutes.

      @Frost

      And there are tons of sites that can do that for you. Granted, chances are Beyonce did some extreme dieting and working out because she planned her first show three months after giving birth. As she stated, she would never do that again because it is HARD.

      The average woman doesn’t need a cook, a trainer, and such but there are tools out there to help you plan your meals and help you watch your portions (ie myfitnesspal.com or sparkspeople). We have to be honest with ourselves in our personal journey. For example, when I go to the grocery store I make sure I don’t buy items that will tempt me in the late nights (because I have no self control lol), I work out my fitness plan every two months to switch it up. To keep myself motivated, I instruct running clinics because I will talk myself out of a run and if I need a target to shed, I challenge my best friend to a 12wk challenge.

      At the end of the day, we are the only ones responsible for ourselves. Complaining won’t change anything. Change requires action. No need to lose 52lbs in three months like Beyonce because we have to be in front of millions in little to nothing…take the time. Enjoy the journey. A year will come around regardless, but you do have the option to make the best out of that year.

      Sure, it’s not the same…but it’s far from impossible. After all, I see it every day.

      Sorry, just one last thing…your comment:

      “why would you not want to take an hour to relax, as opposed to working out?”

      We all have choices.

      At the end of the day, it may seem like you would prefer to relax but the great thing about working out is that it benefits you more than just relaxing. As side from your waist line, it helps with your energy, your confidence, your mind clarity, the ability to keep up with your young one, your intimate life with your partner, you are more inclined to turn off the tv and do others things, and you set an example for your youths.
