To celebrate the 2nd issue of CR the Fashion Book, editrix Carine Roitfeld welcomed a slew of well heeled, black clad guests to the Shangri-La Hotel in Paris.

Might Riccardo Tisci have a new muse? The Givenchy designer attended the festivities alongside model Joan Smalls, who showcased an ample dose of leg in a black cady gown with crystal collar embroidery from the brand. Hot!
Model Karolina Kurkova was a vision in a Pedro Lourenco cocktail with cut outs, pleats, and silver accents.
Jessica Alba kept to the night’s theme in an all black bow detailed dress.
It seems Kate Moss forgot her pants with this straight-off-the-runway Saint Laurent Fall 2013 bodysuit. She’s been in the game for so long, I guess she can do what she likes (shrugs). Loving those Alaia booties, however!
Seems the same held true for Kanye West, who showed up in a polo shirt and trousers.
Karl Lagerfeld never misses a good party.
And lastly the Editor-in-Chic herself had a few outfit changes, but spent a good part of the night in this straight-off-the-runway Givenchy Fall 2013 look.
Looks like it was a riot.

Karolina’s dress would look better with a curvier body. Jessica Alba would have looked the best if she lost the tights.
