Nicole Richie dined at Caviar Kaspia in Paris in the same white pair of Bill Blass harem pants Nicole Scherzinger wore back in July 2012.
While Nicole R. paired her pants with a matching white blazer, black turtleneck, and black pointed-toe pumps, Nicole S. opted for a sleeveless chiffon blouse and gold snakeskin pumps.
Nicole Scherzinger wins this one for me. Richie looks chic, but I’m partial to the former’s look.

I think they both are portraying two different styles like Nicole from PCD is giving a more vibrant going out look while Nicole Richie is giving off a more sophisticated office look or high chic fashion

This is a tough one. I love both of their looks, theyr different from eachother but i agree i dont like Nicole’s shoes.

I think the pants look better on PCD Nicole but Nicole Richie’s outfit concept is better.
