Happy Thursday everyone!
The glamour of the 2013 Academy Awards are behind us, but Fashion Month is still chugging on in the City of Lights, giving us all our necessary dose of style.
There was so much fashion during Oscars weekend so we’re still recapping hot looks from the fêtes, as well as a bit of model realness on the streets of Paris and elsewhere.
Let’s get into this week’s hottest ensembles shall we?
They should’ve ended the show after Robin Roberts and First Lady Michelle Obama posed together on Good Morning America. The color! The arms! I can now live the rest of the week wanting nothing more.
Khloe and Kim Kardashian grabbed a bite to eat at Stanley Restaurant in Sherman Oaks, California. Khloe wore her favorite $880 Alice + Olivia Raglan Sleeve Leather Jacket, a $483 One by marna ro Shirred Waist Dress with a Leather Bodice, and her beloved $1,695 Giuseppe Zanotti Serpent Sandals, while Kim mixed high and low in a $50 Kardashian Kollection for Sear’s Colorblock Dress and her coveted Tom Ford Ankle Strap Pumps.
At the Paleyfest Icon Awards in Beverly Hills, NeNe Leakes joined the Glee cast in a keyhole-detailed halter dress.
Mark Wahlberg and Diddy toasted to
more money their new AQUAhydrate brand in LA in tailored suits.
At the 6th Annual Women in Film Pre-Oscars Party, Tracee Ellis Ross uplifted a simple LBD with red lips and yellow pointed-toe pumps. Hot!
At Target’s Black Women in Hollywood Dinner, Target’s President of Community Relations Laysha Ward was on-trend in a colorblock shift dress and cap-toe pumps, while InStyle Style Ambassador Tai Beauchamp made a splash in a $40 Prabal Gurung for Target First Date Print Dress (which I’m ordering now) and a pair of $1,095 Christian Louboutin Dufoura Sandals. The dapper gentleman in the middle, Greg Cunningham, is Target’s Senior Group Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Lifestyle Marketing. A pretty powerful bunch!
Anika Noni Rose went bright at the dinner in a turquoise embellished dress. How gorgeous is this woman?
Danai Gurira showed off her toned back in Etro. Hot dress!
Beauty legend Mikki Taylor posed with Shaun Robinson. Get into Mikki’s stunning hair and makeup please.
Last, but not least were the Mowry sisters and Lauren London who were all glowing.
During Milan Fashion Week, Joan Smalls was spotted in a cozy look perfect for Winter.
CR Fashion Book Editor Shiona Turini slipped on a Burberry coat with red high-waist pants, an animal print bag, and on-trend white pumps. Cute no?
The snow didn’t stop Shala Monroque from attending shows and she looked luxurious in fur and leather.
Liya Kebede was also in Milan celebrating at the Pinko Bag for Ethiopia Cocktail Party in a Balenciaga sweater. I’ll take her skin and hair please!
That’s all folks! Any looks catch your eye this week?
