This dress is a bit “young” for Gabby. Maybe if she were 18 it would be more suitable. For that reason I’d say Selena rocked it better.

Selena wore this dress better. This look is a wee bit young for GU, maybe if the dress were black (this would have played up the jacket more) it would look more age appropriate. The bright pink color, the style of the dress with the jacket is just too young for some who just had a birthday.
