The style of the dress, color and lack of styling combined together look dated. Note exciting or fresh just dated. She looks so mature.. I’m on the fence about this one

I don’t like this dress but she looks happy so that’s good. I remember seeing her on Styled by June and she mentioned she doesn’t like being so skinny but this dress with the arm out kind of accentuates that so idk.
