Valentino boots are always high on my wishlist and the same clearly rings true for celebrities! Kelly Rowland was spotted in the same $1,295 Valentino Ruffle Biker Boots Kourtney Kardashian wore back in November.
While Kelly paired her boots with a cozy knit hat, denim, and her favorite leather jacket and printed scarf, Kourtney opted for a leopard print furry beret, a long draped dress, and tights.
The combat boots feature ruffle detailing, goldtone zippers, and functional 2″ heels.
This one goes to Kourt for me: Kelly’s ensemble is just a bit too busy. Kourtney’s look really gives the boots a chance to make a statement.

It’s hard to beat Kourtney in a who wore it best. Kelly has too much going on with the hat, scarf, bright sunglasses, blinging earrings…it’s just not working. She looks like a 10th grader.

I think Kourtney looks terrible with that illfitting and unflattering dress on. Her outfit it busy and not complimentary–everyone is fooled bc it’s all the same color.
