• Those poor Kardashians, can’t they ever catch a break? As misfortune would have it, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney have found themselves amidst a $10 million dollar lawsuit on claims of trademark infringement for their beauty line, Khroma Beauty. The plaintiff in the case is celebrity makeup artist Lee Tillett, owner of Kroma Beauty. Tillett, who initially filed a cease and desist order in June, said in a statement, “I developed the Kroma line myself, built my business through my own hard work, and took the legal steps necessary to protect it. And yet I have now been forced into legal battle with the Kardashians simply because they have decided to take something that doesn’t belong to them.” It sounds like it could get real messy. Kris shouldve legal team shouldve did some research. Just because you remove a letter or add The or whatever doesnt mean you not infringing on another brand. I hope the make up artist wins. It will teach people to do research before launching something.

celebrities get sued everyday over stuff like this. $10 million is a drop in the bucket for Kris and the plantiff will probably accept a settlement due to legal fees. I will not be watching Beyonce’s documentary. I’m 99% sure it there will be nothing there we don’t already know. I’m here for that new justin Timberlake. I love it!

I am really sad to hear about the lawsuit, I don’t if Kim’s stressing. They have pay lawyers good money for such issues. I think it was in poor taste to try to profit off of a brand that worked hard build their name. Kim Kardashian filed a suit against Old Navy because of a Kim K look alike in a commercial. I think the Kardashians should tread lightly Karma is a MF.
