• New details have surfaced about the alleged attack on Naomi Campbell in Paris last November. Apparently, the model wasn’t attacked at all, and certainly not while hailing a cab. Instead, some fools attempted to mug Naomi as she sat in a limo. The thieves left with nothing, but Campbell still filed a police report. According to Vogue UK, everyone assumed the model was injured from the attack after recently seeing her in a wheelchair. As if some lowly thieves could ever leave a scratch on Queen Naomi! • Italian authorities are still searching for Vittorio Missoni, owner of the Missoni brand, whose plane disappeared on the coast of Venezuela this Friday. The small BN-2 Islander plane was also carrying his partner Maurizia Castiglioni, two friends, and two crew members. Venezuelan pilot Enrique Rada says he saw the plane fly into “an aggregation of clouds,” and speculated the plane may have been hit by a bolt of lightning. We hope they find Mr. Missoni and the other passengers, and that they are somewhere safe on an island off the coast. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Missoni family. (WWD)
• Agent Provacateur is set to launch its fourth fragrance, Pétale Noir, this Valentine’s Day. The scent certainly lives up to its name, boasting delicate top notes (water lily, hyacinth, ‘flower stem’, and more) with darker, more sultry bottom notes like leather, tabacco leaf, and sandalwood added to the potion. The fragrance will go for $87 to $118, so if you’re looking to get your hands on it, make sure you drop hints to that special someone now! (WWD)
• Banana Republic has tapped Milly Creative Driector Michelle Smith for a 60-piece limited edition men’s and women’s collection to debut in May. This is Smith’s first foray into designing menswear. Banana Republic’s Creative Driector Simon Kneen told WWD, “I don’t think Michelle thought her style could be translated into men’s wear. I was excited by the challenge and she was open to the idea. We’re turning the Milly brand into something interesting for our guys.” Hmm… I’m interested to see what Michelle came up with for the fellas! Prices for the collection range from $45-175 for womens wear, $39.50-$130 for accessories, and $24.50-$64.50 for men’s wear. Think you’ll be buying? (WWD)
• M.A.C. Cosmetics has tapped female bodybuilder Jelena Abbou to front their latest Ad Campaign. The shot features Abbou in a patent leather-textured gown, in a full face of makeup, flexing her very muscular arms. (Styleite)

I pray they find Mr. Missoni, his wife and friends on that plane. Idk about the Milly collab. Need to see more.

I think that’s Jelena Abbou. She’s a figure competitor and has been on the cover of Muscle & Fitness Hers like 5x. That’s really exciting for her!

@Sun.kissed – Wow, what an ignorant comment. That last pic doesn’t even look like a man in drag at all. Talk about needing to expand your horizons.

@ Frost, have a seat. My horizons are expanded plenty thank you very much. Upon first inspection I thought it was a man in drag after reading the caption I saw that it was not. End of discussion. Are you a man in drag? Why are you offended?
