I have been hooked on Janelle Monae since PhatomFox inteoducrd her to me a few weeks ago. She has an amazing sound and her videos take it to the next level. I was thrilled when Tightrope was used on So You Think You Can Dance last week especially with Sonya’s amazing choreography.

She’s put out 2 full albums actually, and I don’t mind her uniform. She has a distinct look. Maybe she’ll change eventually
