I actually really like this! I would wear it with my sergio rossi peeptoe slingbacks, gold drop earrings and gold bangles and mac dazzleglass in futabulous. I would wear my hair in a long ponytail (to show off the shoulders) and I’d wear the outfit to a birthday party. Super cute dress.

  2. Blackgirlinberlin says:

I would wear a higher black pump, that’s it. I love the dress, and think it should speak for in berlin

  3. Crys F&WM says:

I would rock this with a black fur vest and keep the accessories simple to let this bold color do the talking. I would rock this for my bday coming up on the 6th : )

  4. I would love to play down this ombre-style body con dress with ankle booties and a laid-back army jacket. That way I don’t have to overstate the beauty of the dress because its balanced. LOVE the color, especially for an olive to dark skin tone.

  5. Devon M says:

I have instragram but no twitter so I thought I’d go ahead and leave a comment.

I’d wear the dress with nude pumps to let the berry ombre effect of the dress play center stage. I’d add glam factor with a statement necklace, while wearing my hair up in a bun.

    Instragram: @devon3490

  6. Devon M says:

Oh and I’d rock this for NYE or any upcoming party. The color pops and would definitely stand out!

  7. BMC says:

I think everyone’s ideas are great so far! Um…I think I would wear this with some gold pumps with this dress. I feel like the Gold is the ultimate color for the season. My hair will probably be in an updo with some long gold earrings and some funky bracelet. My makeup will be simple with some nude pink lips. To top if off with a patterned nude clutch.

Good luck to everyone and Happy Holidays!

  8. Naomi says:

Nude pump. Wear my chic super short natural curly hair. Stud diamond earrings. The dress speaks for itself. Any extra accessory not required

  9. a_jeannine says:

Followed on instagram!! Would rock this with a big gold necklace and gold pumps for a glam look. With a jean jacket and black pointy toe pumps for a more casual look.

  10. a_jeannine says:

Followed on instagram @ajeannine!!! Would wear with a big gold necklace and gold pumps for a glam look. With a jean jacket and pointy toe black pumps for a more casual look.

  11. a_jeannine says:

I followed on instagram! Would wear with a bold gold necklace and gold pumps for a glam look or with a jean jacket and pointy toe black pumps for a more casual look.

  12. HarlemVanity says:

I’d rock this dress with very deep navy pointed toe pumps that have a very thin dangling fringe going down the heel. Studs, simple make up like lashes and a deep berry lip, and my short cut. Oh my clutch would be simple and small the same exact color as my pumps. ; )

  13. EntertainmentsFuture says:

I would wear these with some red suede pumps!! I would wear it to my friend’s club opening at the end of this month. Keep the accessories minimal and wear a ring or two. Since my hair is short I don’t habe to worry about fussing over the neckline. And a perfect clutch..

  14. Noé says:

I would wear this with nude pumps and a (faux)fur vest. No accesories except for golden earrings, I would let the dress do all the talking. Hair slicked to the back into a bun or high ponytail. Less is more when you’re wearing this dress. And I would wear this on NYE or any other fancy occasion

  15. Choco aka Hipppie says:

The dress speaks for itself so I would wear my hair up in a bun, diamond stud earrings, a silver cuff, strappy silver slitettos, and a purple clutch. I would wear the dress on NYE.

  16. Paris L. says:

They dress is Fire so no need to be extra.. I say a side french hair style (refer to Malaysia’s BBWLA Reunion look) Plum or red lipstick, a Red or Black Pump , small gold chain links, and a diamond ring… No arm wear. They dress does all the talking and my curves in that.. YESSSSSSS HUNNY BOO BOO.. I needs it!!! lol

  17. Stephanie says:

The dress is stunning, so a chic bun at the crown of my head and large plain hoops coupled with a pair of suede black heeless wedges with an ankle strap and a classic Chanel bag.

  18. Paris L. says:

To My NEW YEARS DINNER!!!!! With my future BOO!!!! lol

  19. This dress gives me hints of my childhood and obsession with all things Jem! I’d wear this on my birthday and accessorize with gold. I can’t go wrong with 2 of my favorite colors: Purple and Gold! Neutral makeup… and my favorite pair of Gold Jessica Simpson heels! Instant birthday happiness!

  20. Steph says:

I would pair this dress with black strap pumps – like Olcay Gulsen’s ankle strap pumps or normal black pumps, a ruby woo or russian red lip to contrast the dress and have my hair tied up in a bun with bangs (beyonce’s current hairstyle). I would wear this for my birthday next year :)

  21. Ms_A says:

This colors on this dress are so bright and gorgeous, so I would have to wear gold open toe, ankle strap pumps with either extra large gold hoop or chandelier earrings and a gold cuff. My other jewelry option would be extra large gold stud earrings and a short, flat, wide gold necklace or short, beaded gold necklace. I would have cat eye -type eyeliner and a pink/nude lip to prevent overshadowing the colors of dress. My hair would be styled into a high sleek puff or bun. Seriously though, the colors on this dress are gorgeous.

  22. Cheron says:

I would wear this to a formal dinner I have this month with my husband. I would wear it with my gold Jimmy Choo Lance Wave Sandal, one large gold cuff, my gold and diamond necklace, diamond earrings, a large side bun with side swoop and my mink shawl….. DEVINE

  23. Kia B says:

I Love this!!!! and NOT just b/c my favorite color is all shades of purple but there is nothing like a sexy boat neck or off shoulder body con dress and this nails it!! What would I do to accessorize?? hmmmm. I believe less is more sometimes so other than a messy bun/bang combo to show off the neckline, a great time piece, clutch and Point toe stiletto pump there is nothing else this dress needs. My favorite colo combo this season is Purples and Navy blue. I have some 5 inch navy Blue Enzo Angolini pointed toes and a Navy Blue YSL clutch that would look great up against this dress. So ALL I need is the dress LOL *Hint Hint*

  24. Deeloveli says:

    Followed on Twitter and IG!

  25. nelo says:

i am going to wear it to a fab fashion event. I have my heart set on Music meet Runway coming up soon in my country, Nigeria. I would style it with a black sky high pumps, a gold drop earrings, black sequined clutch. I would drop my hair, style it in a side part and brush to the side

  26. Pretty, pretty! I’d wear it with a high bun and minimal accessories and my ocean green pumps. The dress is a statement piece on it’s own.

  27. Shay says:

I love this dress and would wear it on NYE in two possible ways:

    1. I love that it’s bright but would like to brighten it up more with my rich blue finish pointy toe pumps, light on the makeup maybe a gloss with a high bun.
    2. I would pair this dress with my nude pumps, a red lip, statement earrings accented by short hair.

And last but not least a great clutch!

  28. Erica C says:

The dress is fab AND the only thing that could make it look better is my coke bottle shape! I would wear it:

    1. NYE when everyone else has on black, or jewel tones.
    2. I’d rock it with the blue patent leather Jimmy Choo pumps (FBD featured Angela Simmons trying on the other day)
    3. gold stud earrings, a gold mens inspired Michael Kors watch. no necklace necessary
    4. And it would finally give me an excuse to buy this Marc Jacobs cross body bag I’ve been eying for some time now. But I may tuck in the chain and carry the bag as a clutch…until I hit the dance floor ;)

  29. Elle says:

I would throw on a cropped leather black jacket, silver hoops and with my hair down in curls I’d hit the town for a girls night. Sushi and drinks.

  30. Erica C says:

I forgot to include that my hair would be worn just down but full of body, nude lip color, smoky eyes but line the lower lash in dark blue, black mascara, pink blush, and a smile.

  31. Camille says:

I LOVE THIS DRESS! I would let the dress be the center of attention and tone the look down with some nude pumps. I would put my hair back into a high bun and put on some diamond studded earrings. I would go light on make up and just add gloss to my lips. I would finish the look with a clutch and a cocktail ring.

  32. MiMi says:

I’d definitely rock this at a new year’s eve party with my hair up in a high bun with bangs out (like Bey) with leather pointed black pumps along with these black/gold studs I recently got from Forever 21 and a clutch purse (@_MissMi_ on twitter)

  33. MiMi says:

  35. Ms. G says:

I love the look of this dress without other embellishment. I would rock this dress for NYE or my B-DAY. I would showcase the cut and bare shoulders with a sleek high ponytail or high bun. Throw on my snowflake earrings. For make up a nice deep smokey eye and nude lip with nyx adu dhabi. I’d keep the colors of the dress and play up on a monochromatic look with fuchsia berry platform pumps.

  38. Tanisha A says:

I love the colors in this dress!!! So Pretty. I have so many ideas for this dress. One way would be to throw on a black moto jacket with my platform black Jessica Simpson Slingbacks with a leopard clutch…or I would wear my hair pulled all back and throw on some cobalt blue pumps with a chunky gold bracelet, no necklace b/c the neckline is so pretty. I would also do some simple gold earrings, nothing to over-the-top. Both ways of wearing this dress would be a natural face with a simple glossed lip, finished off with some Marc Jacobs Daisy!!!

  39. Margo says:

  40. Margo says:

And I’d rock it to the NYE bash that my girls and I are attending in Chicago this year!

  41. Erica C says:

I posted a comment earlier but it is not showing up. The dress is fab the the only thing that could make it more snatched woud be my body. LOL. I would wear the dress:

    1. ON NYE
    2. With the blue Jimmy Choo Patent leather pumps (FBD featured Angela Simmons trying them on earlier this week)
    3. Blue Marc Jacobs Cross body, but I may tuck in the chain and wear it as a clutch until I hit the dance floor.
