Kim Kardashian promoted Millions of Milkshakes in Kuwait in a form fitting long sleeve white dress equipped with sheer cut outs:
She completed her look with gold tipped white pumps and a smoky eye.
Kim has come under fire for wearing such a revealing and sultry dress in a decidedly conservative country. While I love the dress, I have to agree with the critics. Great ensemble, perhaps wrong occasion. We’ve seen her a lot more covered up while still looking fabulous at other times (cue this forest green Lanvin number).

*We’re still searching for Kim’s dress, but have heard a lot of chatter that it might be a custom creation by Stephane Rolland. Though we can’t find her exact look on the runway, Rolland’s Spring 2012 couture collection featured gowns with similar tubular gold belts and cut outs:
Kim is a fan of Stephane Rolland designs, so wearing one of his dresses is very plausible. Stay tuned!

That dress is not even shocking to me…slightly revealing but still tasteful imo. Shrugs. To each his own I guess. On another note, I hate her fake boobs. They just look, well… fake! ughhh

love the dress. one would think that this dress would be disrespectful to the people of kuwait, but they are more liberal in regards to visiting foreigners covering up. if it were that much of a problem the men would have probably told her camp to have her cover up more or she wouldn’t be able to make her appearance.
