Allow me to introduce you to Modern Day Mogul, a line of premium unisex bowties with a certifiably fashionable twist.

Inside their e-shop, you’ll find gold sequins and velvet, kente cloth and paisley, and even tributes to POTUS and FLOTUS.
For the traditional lady or gent, they have plaid or stripes.
If you’re going for jazzier fare, Modern Day Mogul is more up your alley, offering pieces to rep your country, favorite sports team, and more.
How fun! I’d rock these myself or gift one to a man in my life!
If you would, too, you’re in luck! The kind folks over at Modern Day Mogul have offered to give either a velvet OR sequined bowtie to one lucky reader!

To win, Like Modern Day Mogul on Facebook and leave a comment telling us how you would wear it (or how you’d style a man in your life in one).

Bonus points if you also leave your comment on their Facebook page!

i would rock it Skyfall style, but with a lady like twist—sexy heels and hair with red or pink lips. i would keep the palette simple with a black tuxedo blazer, white tuxedo bib shirt and skinny leather zip pants. i would accessorize with a vintage Chanel bag. (congratulations, Mikey :-)

I love the Jamaica and Primal bowtie. Coming from a Jamaican background, the culture is so beautiful and diverse I would proudly wear this around my neck the same way I carry the island on my shoulders. That Primal would be everything with some wedge boots and mini skirt or some leopard flats.

I would wear the Haitian Fly Bowtie with a white button down shirt, black ankled pants (a la Janelle Monae) and some yellow pumps/ or loafers depending how I feel

I’ve love to rock the sequinned bowtie with a tuxedo (skinny leg tuxedo pant) with a tailored blazer, basic black and white and the sequinned bowtie setting off my look. I’d rock my hair in an updo (to give off a more polished look, dramatic eye, with ruby woo lips or NArs Jungle red. For the shoes I would throw on a pair of heels to slay the scene! I wouldn’t have to show legs, thighs or anything this look would truly slay!

I would love to win the President Obama or First Lady bowtie and style it with a classic denim shirt and bold red lip. The Obamas are my inspiration in so many ways!

A trip to the fabric store, a few hours, and you can turn out a few of these on your own. I’m tired of overpriced useless accessories.
