Rihanna was quite covered up for a recent New York outing, as she slipped on a $1,995 Alexandre Plokhov long black coat, a $550 Alexander Wang bonded collar shirt dress, and white and black cap toe Chanel Pre-Fall 2012 thigh high boots:
She completed her look with her favorite Vintage Chanel Logo Frame Sunglasses.
Her wool double-breasted coat has large asymmetric lapels and a drape back detail.
Alexander Wang’s raglan short sleeve shirtdress has matte lamination at the collar and around the front flange.
Her boots appear to have laces, but in fact boasts a black pattern.
Her frames are a 1990′s era throwback.
I was trying to put my finger on what exactly threw this look off, as the ensemble has all the elements to create a cohesive look. It was the backwards cap! If she had left that at home, this could’ve had a bit more potential.

If it weren’t for Rihanna, Kimye and Beyonce, this blog would be empty. OMG! They are not the only 3 women that wake up and get dressed everyday. And i’m sure my comment will get deleted like it has before. Peace.
