So I’m still heated I missed the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show yesterday! Yes, I was slated to attend, but got the start time mixed up; realized at 3pm that it started at 4, rushed to get ready, but arrived after the doors closed!
Sucks, because I would’ve loved to see Rihanna, who graced the pink carpet in a full Miu Miu Spring 2013 look, including a tank, midi skirt, and gray suede pumps:
She finished her look with a deep berry lip and delicate necklaces.
The look was modeled on the runway with a fur coat and pink gloves, which would’ve been apt additions given the snowstorm taking place at the time.
At any rate, there’s nothing I like about this look. The texture of the skirt is supposed to have that crinkled texture, yes, but everything about the proportions skews awkward. Fashion forward and different, perhaps, but we know we’ve seen Rih Rih do better! Makeup is gorgeous, however.
