The stars were out at the 22nd Annual NAACP Theatre Awards in LA. From showstopping evening gowns to expertly-tailored suits, everyone looked pretty fabulous, save for just a couple style mishaps.
Let’s get into the awards show’s looks!
Selita Ebanks had one of my favorite looks of the night in a bodycon mermaid dress from Hervé Léger. Hot!
Eva Marcille played host for the night in a black beaded mermaid gown with a pleated skirt from EMIL Couture.
It was no surprise Lisa Raye McCoy chose a white form-fitting dress as that is her signature!
Vanessa Simmons gave a pop of color to a mostly neutral night with cobalt. You can see a peek of her Olcay Gulsen pumps showing through: put those away Vanessa! There are too many hot point-toe pumps in the market right now to have chosen that pair, though they are her favorite.
D.B. Woodside represented for the men in a black suit with contrast silver trim and a matching silver tie. How good looking is this man?
Malinda Williams showed some skin in a textured gown with a plunging v-neckline and a thigh-high slit. She’s absolutely gorgeous, but this dress has a bit too much going on no?
Tichina Arnold also went for a plunging v-neckline and channeled Elvira. Sigh.
Blue was the shade of the night for Jesse Williams. Hot! As always really.
Who had your favorite looks of the night?
