It’s Thursday!
I’ve been out of commission this week due to Hurricane Sandy, but it feels good to be back!
The show must always go on and though the East Coast was a bit crippled, that didn’t stop celebrities from partying in LA and worldwide. Halloween parties, tricking, and treating were still in full effect!
Let’s get into this week’s hottest looks shall we?
KimYe got a chance to wear all-black while still dressing up for Halloween at Liv Nightclub in Miami. The duo went as Batman and Catwoman. I love this!
Also at the Halloween party were Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, as Robin and Batwoman. Clearly they have been practicing their smizing.
Comfortable clothes to tote your children around while they trick or treat? Not for Melanie B! The hot mama wore a pair of gold metallic skinnies and DSquared2 Lalique Studded Pumps in Sydney while her kiddies collected candy.
A $19 Blvck Souls Dior Homie Hat gave a twist to Rita Ora’s look outside of The Late Show with David Letterman studios. Cute no?
Nicki Minaj outfitted herself in an interesting denim and brassiere getup while in London.
At the Skyfall photocall in Madrid, Naomie Harris was the lady in red in a $3,165 Lanvin Strapless Dress and a pair of Pierre Hardy booties. She looks gorgeous, but those boots have got to go!
Emeli Sandé was pretty in prints at the Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards in London in a $774 Preen Kara Moth Print Jersey Dress.
Representing for the men at the awards was Idris Elba who looked positively scrumptious in an expertly-tailored suit.
Lastly was Jessica Ennis who opted for a $1,739 Stella McCartney Contrast Panel Jersey Dress. She’s beautiful, but never seems to get it quite right in the shoe department.
Glossies in London were really all about celebrating women this week and Cosmopolitan also threw the Ultimate Women of the Year Awards in the city. Zawe Ashton shut it down in a dress from Chalayan’s Fall 2012 collection, fully equipped with a plunging v-neck and thigh-high slit. Hot!
Alesha Dixon wore a Gerard Darel top, Stella McCartney pants, and $875 Charlotte Olympia Masako Pumps to the awards. These shoes just aren’t working with this look: that unfortunately seemed to be the running faux pas of the week.
Last, but not least at the awards was Alexandra Burke who chose a silver ruched gown.
Li Bingbing was on hand at Vogue China’s 120th Anniversary Celebration in a blazer and wide-leg pants from Gucci’s Fall 2012 collection. Work Li!
Rounding out the week was Aisha Tyler who tried on a red lip at the 2012 Courage in Journalism Awards in Beverly Hills. Loving her shirtdress here.

Rita Ora’s makeup looks gray + beige. For such big attention who*res, I’m surprised Kim and Kanye are actually so covered up face-wise…maybe they switched costumes with Scott & Kourt?
If Nicki had on a shirt…of ANY kind, (a black or white v-neck, sweater, whatever) the outfit would be cute.
