LaLa Anthony loves to mix it up when it comes to designers, and she did just that at Nine West’s Premiere of Project Runway All Stars Season 2 in NYC. For the occasion, she sported thigh-high boots with an affordable printed dress from H&M:
Cascading curls, navy eyeliner, and coral nails rounded out her look.
Though I wasn’t able to find an exact still image of the dress, I was able to locate a number of bloggers wearing it. Clearly it is a big hit for the season!
I am loving the dress! Clearly it takes a bit of inspiration from Mary Katrantzou, but there’s no harm in that. Not sure how I feel about the boots with LaLa’s look, but nevertheless she looks cute.
Though I can’t find the dress on sale anywhere but www.ebay.com, head over to www.hm.com to check out some other in-season dresses for a steal.

I loved this dress. Over the knee boots are a good idea for this look but I think hers are thigh highs and they don’t really work with this dress, too slouchy…

Wrong choice of shoes for Lala.
And those loooooong curls with a center part…so played out, so 2009! The dress is too busy for this hairstyle anyway.

The dress is currently on sale for $30 at HM, unfortunately they don’t have my size in the Chi. I think leather over the knee/knee high boots would’ve been a better choice.

Yay for the dress. I also have it too. Kimora Lee Simmons was also seen wearing this dress at Mercedes Fashion Week.
A big No to the thigh high boots, They look horrid and don’t work with this particular outfit..
