What’s that jacket, Margiela?
Why, yes. Yes, it is.
Kanye West hit up H&M’s star studded Maison Martin Margiela fete last night in a brown trench coat from the forthcoming fusion:
The coat has inverted lapels, notched neckline details, and oversized buttons. Kanye offset the brown with optic white separates:
Check it out in their upcoming ad campaign.
Hmm…this isn’t my favorite look on ‘Ye. Everything seems to be swallowing him up, from the length of the trench to the bunching of his pants.

Love the coat. It definitely falls better on a taller man such as the model. I am also not digging the all white on Ye with the coat or maybe its just the collar on his shirt that’s throwing me off. Who knows…

It looks good on him but something is a bit off; maybe its the black sneakers he’s wearing with the outfit. I’m expecting this coat to fly off the racks now that kanye has worn it similar to the way the Versace x H&M bomber did last season!

The coat is nice even tho it is not my flavor. Kanye is already short. He doesn’t need a long coat to cut off his legs and make him look even shorter. Not a good look on him.

Gorgeous tailored coat, but it’s clear to see its designed with a tall man in mind. Also, wearing trainers with it is a definite NO-NO. Sorry Ye!

Kanye has no idea of proportions. This coat should have been tailored shorter for him. And the button-up shirt look is not him: he has a big head and almost no neck, so we get a L&HH Benzino effect.
And those jeans are too long for his short legs…smh
