This beautiful and sweet woman can’t dress to save her life. Her outfits and hair are always so tragic and trashy. But her face is everything (Hayden Panettiere and her are twins face wise).

I love the outfit, I love the shoes. However, I would of loved the outfit more with a different pair of shoes. A pair of sneakers or black ankle boots would of really pull the look together.
