• McDonald’s is suing Prada after being “unfairly” forced out of their location in Milan’s Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping center. While the neighboring stores in the area include Gucci and Louis Vuitton, McDonald’s argues that althought they’ve been in that location for over 20 years,“ it was the only business in the Galleria not to receive first rights of refusal on a new rental contract.” The restaurant is suing the Italian label for €24 million, so it might keep peddling its poison to Milanese residents in that particular location.
