You know you’re moving on up in life when you’re sipping cocktails at the West Village townhouse of Anna Wintour. So was the case for Rita Ora, as she served as the muse for Wes Gordon, a finalist at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Cocktail Party.
The party doubled as a challenge, where the finalists were asked to create pieces inspired by Breakfast at Tiffany’s or The Great Gatsby. Gordon was torn between the two, but eventually revealed to WWD, “‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’…the last scene when she’s running through the rain in the trench, to me, is as much an iconic moment in that film as the black dress in front of the window at Tiffany’s.…The idea of doing a trench dress really appealed to me.”
Hot! I can never get enough of seeing a cleaned up and polished Rita. The entire ensemble works for me.
What do you think?

Very cute, but lets be real you cant walk outside with this. Especially if you live in NY taking the train. Her trenchcoat is taking way to m uch space.

I’d wear that thing for no reason in the middle of the desert. Hard to find true trenches this length. As a dress, it’s a nice spin on the cut.
