Brandy took the stage at Black Girls Rock! in the same $70 Topshop Moto Dip Dye Aztec Embroidered Hotpants she wore not long before on the set of her “Wildest Dreams” video.
This time around, she paired them with a high-neck sheer sleeve blouse and black knee-high boots, but originally she wore the shorts with a $285 Balenciaga Sphinx T-shirt and what appear to be $1,750 Givenchy Red Fold Over Boots.
The shorts feature a a dip dye effect and aztec embroidery.

This is a tough one! The shorts are hot and I like them when they are both the focal point of the look and an added dose of print.
