For the occasion, she stepped out in a sheer tie-neck blouse from the collection, a $525 Monika Chiang Leather Pencil Skirt, and her favorite Céline sandals:

This look would look better on a pear shape like a Beyonce. Someone curvy with a small waist. Her waist is too wide for a pencil skirt. The shirt is not bad but it would have looked a bit for classy with a bow or ruffles over the bra part. But hey, this is Kim Kardashian. I can’t expect her to be classy.

well, I like this look, but I still want kim to wear better bras for the girls and I think the bra under sheer shirt trend is tricky and should be executed by the “top heavy” with a full coverage opaque bra…:-)
