Nicki Minaj hit American Idol’s Season 12 auditions in New York City in head-to-toe Fendi.
Her lace-up colorblock booties feature calf hair, spazzolato Italian leather cap toes, chevron-stretch gore sides and 5″ heels. Nicki’s colorway isn’t available, but the red/olive/black/purple versions are up for grabs.
Check out Nicki’s look on the runway, though of course she had to show off her legs in leather shorts that weren’t a part of the brand’s collection.
I enjoyed the eccentricity and luxury of Fendi’s Fall 2012 collection and I like that Nicki opted for a high-fashion look. I’m on the fence here: the ensemble is quirky which is Nicki’s signature, but her hair and the shorts just take it to a strange place.

The shoes are cool. The shorts weren’t needed and her wigs always look cheap and they never have a part. She just cheapened this look. NEXT.

I have No comment on NM look itself.
I really like the boots and stockings together, I think I would tone it down with all black if I were lucky enough to own a pair in the color she has. I took another look I am really liking that boot!

I can’t believe this is coming out of my mouth. I…..actually…….like……this outfit on her. (That was hard to get out). It looks better on her than the model who has this on in the above picture. The wig looks a mess, but Nikki’s wigs always look a mess…no surprise there.

no….The boots are bad ass. The outfit is very avant-garde as is much of her style… It is not something i favor..she is typically too flamboyant..this is actually tones down for her. I still don’ tlike it BUT it’s not as loud as usual!
