While many of us have been consumed by the Olympics (read: me), Mrs. Beyoncé Knowles-Carter has been preparing for what is sure to be an unforgettable live performance of her song “I Was Here” at the United Nations, in honor of World Humanitarian Day. On the eve of the event, the pop star was spotted at the venue with Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, wearing a $1,679 Balmain black and white two tone blazer, a berry lip, and her signature Texas sized earrings (sans box braids).
Her blazer is made with wool and features an open front, black trim, and a cropped hem.

a brightly colored silk loose top under neath the jacket….the jacket should be cuffed, and she could have picked more tasteful earrings….other than that….not in love with the fit….but i love king bey…so shes always going to be a winner in my book…. :)

I do miss the box braids but as we all can see there was such a big deal made about the earrings that it would have took away from the message she trying to convey at hand
Oh and those earrings…yeah I don’t like it with that outfit. Maybe if it was a cute maxi dress but naw…
