Happy Thursday everyone!
It’s a dreary day here in the Big Apple. but I’m still in high spirits after our Staff Dinner at Da Silvano last night. It’s a must-try if you haven’t been already!
The ladies were definitely out and about this week. There were only a couple of glam looks, but everyone did look cute.

Jada Pinkett Smith was spotted outside of her hotel in Miami looking fab in a printed halter dress and $930 Giuseppe Zanotti Pyramid Studded Sandals. Hot!
Black peep-toe pumps and a rabbit print blouse and skirt from Carolina Herrera’s Resort 2013 collection completed Jessica Alba’s look while she was on her way to The View.
Rosario Dawson kept it simple and chic in all-black while at the Sports for Peace Fundraising Ball in London. She was glowing!
Lewis Hamilton was also at the Ball and he looked pretty dapper in a black tuxedo.
Zoe Saldana kept it super casual in a button-front blouse and pencil skirt in Studio City, CA. Those boots…
While on her way to an appearance at Good Morning America, Raven Symone gave a menswear-inspired ensemble a dose of sexiness with black leggings and sky-high Yves Saint Laurent Tribtoo Pumps.
Hard and soft elements were blended in Nelly Furtado’s look at the SELF Rocks The Summer Event in NYC. She paired a floral flare dress with $895 Jimmy Choo Casey Sandals. Something about this is off to me: perhaps the shoes would have been better in a different color? At any rate, her hair and makeup were flawless.
Eve also opted for prints at the Uniquely You Summit at the African-American Museum in Philadelphia. Hmm…not sure how I feel about this. What do you think?
Jennifer Lopez paired her beloved Valentino Rockstud Sandals with a sheer shirt and cropped pleated trousers while shopping on Madison Avenue.
Would you wear knee-high boots in the Summer? Well Selena Gomez did: she paired a $60 Chaser Peace Tee with cut-offs and lace-up boots.
Nene Leakes kept it simple at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills.
Another reality TV star and her Birkin…Laura Govan was spotted on the red carpet at Billabong’s 6th Annual Design for Humanity Event in LA. I kind of like it, though there were a lot of things at play here.
Robin Roberts slayed while doing a segment for Good Morning America. She wore a coral v-neck dress, cinched her waist with a belt, and finished her look with nude slingback pumps. Work Robin!
Up and coming singer Lianne La Havas paired a printed button-front blouse with a gold and black belt, a black flare skirt, and Topshop Script Hi Vamp Wedges. Cute no? I’m loving her hair!
Onto some fresh faces…New Girl actress Hannah Simone opted for prints at FOX’s All-Star Party in a dress from Bibhu Mohapatra’s Resort 2013 collection.
Tamara Taylor chose a sheer blouse and flare trousers at the event. How cute is her haircut?
Noureen Dewulf chose an emerald green form-fitting v-neck dress and a hot pink lip.
Last, but not least was British singer and songwriter Sabrina Washington, who combined leather and lace at Aura Nightclub in Mayfair. I’d like to see more of her out and about!

There are a lot of looks for this week in chic but the standouts for me are Jada and Robin. I like Eve’s outfit but not with those shoes.

Was watching Colombiana again last night and I must admit, I have a serious girl crush on Zoe She’s a cutie. Loving this look. Clarie, can we get the deets on her boots as well as Selena’s. Robin looks GREAT! Can someone please let the Laura’s, Tiny’s, Monica’s, et al…of the world know that large totes (regardless of how $$) on a red carpet are just straight tacky. Ugh! Jada is ROCKING that hair. LOVE IT! And Laura looks cute.
And can somebody tell my why Selena Gomez is even on this site??? After seeing her with that “666″ smiley shirt on visiting sick kids at the hospital, I have lost respect for her.
And yeah, that haircut Raven is rocking is def. making her look like the homosexual she is, smh.
