I’m sorry but this look is a mess. The jacket and dress do not go together. With that hair and makeup she should have gone glam. A pair of heels and minus the jacket this look would have been a winner

I think this look it cool for the occasion that she was preforming for. She is at a women’s basketball game. Why would she be wearing 6 inch heels and platforms. She is having fun and she is showing her youthful energy. I don’t like the vest but everything else is cool.
As for as @Lani comments that wasn’t necessary. Just as beauty is in the eye of the beholder the same goes for style.
