Have you guys listened to the new Nas album, Life Is Good, yet? Well let be the first and not the last to say it’s hot! To celebrate, a slew of stars showed up at the Moët Rosé Lounge at Bagatelle in New York City.
Let’s dive into their looks!
Nas was the man of the night and he kept it neutral in a beige shirt, white jeans, and white sneakers. I love it!
Vashtie Kola kept it simple in stripes and custom 5″ platform Nike Air Force One Sneakers. She gave her look a pop of color with a royal blue Chanel crossbody bag and cherry red lips. I wouldn’t wear her kicks, but I do appreciate Vashtie’s downtown style and you know I’m all about a little Chanel here and there.
Tyson Beckford mixed white, red, and denim in a casual, but polished look. Hot! As always.
Teyana Taylor opted for prints and colorblocking in an $80 Zara Combined Lapel Printed Blazer and red, camel, and black platforms. She finished her ensemble with cropped leather pants. Work Teyana!
Blazers were a staple for the night because Swizz Beatz also rocked one with a fedora.
Angie Martinez kept it classy in a $238 Equipment Brett Clean Blouse and $625 Christian Louboutin Pigalle 120 Patent Pumps. Not sure if Angie is working with a stylist or has just turned over a new leaf in the style department, but I am loving her classic looks of late.
Adrienne Bailon and Julissa Bermudez never miss a hot party, so naturally they were on hand. Adrienne chose a purple draped halter dress and gold statement earrings and Julissa followed suit in the jewelry department, pairing her Vintage Gold Chanel Logo Hoops with a $199 BCBGMAXAZRIA Albaneth Long Strapless Dress. Adrienne’s look definitely gets a thumbs up from me! Julissa looked pretty, but played it too safe.
Stephen Hill looked slim and trim in all-black.
Though I couldn’t find a pic of her head-to-toe look, Miss Info chose a $380 Helmut Lang Shale Draped Satin Jersey Dress.
Last, but not least was Jay-Z who somehow managed to dodge the cameras most of the night. Not sure why he tucked his chain into his tee, but I guess it goes along with the old adage that you can take the guy out of Brooklyn, but can never take Brooklyn out of the guy. Safety first!
Who had your favorite looks of the night?
