We all know that Naomi Campbell has a special relationship with Azzedine Alaia and she was spotted shopping and frolicking in the streets of Taormina, Italy in the same $3,177 Azzedine Alaia Half Moon Dress that Kim Kardashian wore back in May.
While Naomi paired hers with suede cutout gladiator sandals and a $480 Black Open Work Leather On White Patent Leather Clutch from the brand, Kim wore her dress with her beloved Jimmy Choo Imogen Caged Sandals.
The sleeveless dress features an all-over half moon pattern, zip-front, fitted waistline to accentuate your curves, and a balloon skirt.
Another tough one! They both wore it differently: Naomi dressed it down (because she can) and Kim made it red carpet-ready. I can’t decide!

I like both. The only difference is flat and heeled strappy sandals. They both look great. Though I would have worn a cute sandal with color instead of basic black.

Agree with Kita, It’s a conservative dress, not bodycon, and should minimize the ghetto booty. Naomi may be crazy as cats**t but she is working this look the best by leaps and bounds.

I can’t believe people said Kim; she looks like an Umpa-Lumpa. The bottom half of her dress is way to ridiculous flared and makes her seems like she has a diaper or padding going on. Though I like Kim’s shoes the dress fits better on Naomi.

Naomi’s got this! The volume at the skirt of the dress is not flattering on Kim”s already bottom heavy figure! Naomi can get away with look because it suits her figure just right! I just wish she would have chosen better shoes!

Um this is a prime example of a type of dress Kim should stay away from. This is does not flatter her body type. As if she needs more volume on the bottom.
