Rachel Roy snatched all manner of hairpieces at last night’s screening for Frieda Pinto‘s upcoming film, Trishna. The designer (naturally) chose a few pieces from her Fall 2012 collection and new shoe line for the occasion, pairing an antique pearl petal crepe cape top with a pair of black crepe pants and her soon-to-be-released petal Gardner pumps. She finished her look with a sleek colorblock clutch, and platinum-set Harry Winston stud earrings.
Her ivory cape features a flutter silhouette, with a contrasting coral lining. The cape was not shown with the regular Fall 2012 offerings.
Her $250 Gardner pumps boast a subtle reptilian print and pointed toe.
I think Rachel looks great! That cape is super chic, and her hair and makeup are on point as usual. Roy’s trademark smoky eye didn’t fail her, and that deep cherry summer lip is very on trend.

Yas, this works! Her makeup is flawless. Her fit is also perfect. Gosh she looks great.
