I live for Joan Smalls! I’m disappointed in this cover though. As previous commenters stated she looks a lot like Bey, and I’m not feeling it. I think it’s a hair color. Gorgeous none the less.

Nymag has a side by side comparison of the other W cover with Karlie Kloss on it and they have the same hair and same skintone……….

Joan has officially scalped every wig in the fashion game by landing a W cover. Kudos to her. However, the picture is HOT DAMN MESS. She looks like the love child of Tyra Banks and Ru Paul with a little bit of young Beyonce circa the say my name era. No bueno.
