•Azealia Banks‘s music video for ‘Liquorice’ just gave me life!
Directed by Rankin and styled by Nicola Formichetti, Banks has never looked better. Get into that brown-to-blonde ombré Yaki extensions yaaas! (Azealia Banks VEVO)
• While Azealia Banks continues to snatch hairpieces of all sorts, Iggy Azalea gets a bit of fashion shine as the newest face at Wilhelmina. (MTV Style)
• Manhattan’s West Village freaked out last night thanks to the Anna Wintour/ Sarah Jessica Parker fancy fashion fundraiser for President Barack Obama‘s reelection campaign. Partygoers included Meryl Streep, Michael Kors, and commoner Robin Hunt, who won a seat to the affair through the “A New York Night” contest Glenn Beck was crying about. Also, there were protesters! (WWD)
• Dolce & Gabanna will debut a childrenswear range this July. The line will cater to children from 0-10, so even little Blue Ivy Carter can spit up in style. The line boasts options for a full kiddie wardrobe, from evening wear, to swimwear, to yes, underwear. (Vogue UK)
• Christian Louboutin has made a statement regarding his recent loss in court against Zara. The designer assures the public his red sole trademark is still in tact, and this particular case challenged a mere part of it. Said Louboutin in a statement: We would like to clarify that what has been disputed and canceled is only one French registration of said Red sole Trademark. Christian Louboutin continues to own valid and enforceable trademark rights in its Red Sole Trademark, including in France itself as well as throughout the world. (Grazia)

Banks looks great

Louboutin puts the delusion in delusional. He needs to let the red bottom thing go.

Blue Ivy will spit up in or spit up ON style?
I loved the look of the Azealia Banks video and she looked great as well.

You all are going to make Azealia Banks happen right into the ground.

I like the Azealia Banks song. I head it a few weeks back and liked it then. The video is cool. I especially like the shots where she’s riding the horse, but as always her wigs missed the mark.

Louboutin has really been irking me lately. This man needs to “go sat down somewhere” in my Madea voice. I refuse to ever purchase another pair of his shoes ans have sold several pairs on ebay. He comes across as being too arrogant and un appreciative of his customers. Would rather spend my hard earned $ elsewhere.

I love Jihan’s subtle political angle in her posts. Very appropriately weaved in with fashion. In fact, I love Jihan’s posts. Period.

Azealia is killin’ it, she needs to stay the hell off twitter and just finish that album!

MTV tried to shade A. Banks “While Azealia Banks is snatching hairpieces, Iggy is in fashion…” girl, plz I’m no Banks fan but the girl has BEEN in fashion…. she looks more like a model than muscle-armed iggy, IMO….

“People who live where you live aren’t allowed to watch this video. Not because we don’t luv ya, but because the owners have some restrictions. The good news, is there are tens of thousands of other videos to choose from;” No Azealia Banks for me!

So Mr. Louboutin is delusional for suing a company that infringed his trademark design???, absolutely not. I like Zara, but they knew what they were doing here. Instead of copying the red sole, which is synonymous with Mr. Louboutin’s brand, why not approach Louboutin for a collaboration??? This is becoming a real problem for Fashion Designers in general to protect their designs, the only thing they can protect is their name, not what they create.
